Excellent staff, central location with easy access, friendly and helpful, great lobby and amenities, super breakfast, lovely room and views.

Car parking in front of hotel was helpful. Staff nice but would not bother to provide more than minimum

Leftover decorations from previous night receiption were note removed from the entrance and reception floor for all day long

Room unexpectedly hot I.E. no air con. Also woken up every morning early by bin collection in courtyard onto which our room was facing - a combination of both these factors did result in neither myself or my wife getting a good nights' sleep for the three nights stayed at the hotel.In future I would ask for a room not facing the courtyard.

This place is absolutely amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided a steamiron and gave us a bigger room than we requested. The breakfast spread was out of this world, offering a wide range of delicious food and drinks. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the town and with stunning views. We also appreciated the gym located just a minute's walk away. we were impressed by the luxurious amenities and enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of the town, very close to a famous landmark. the inside of the hotel is pretty and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast served was quite good, with plenty of options to choose from.

The room we got had poor standard, with outdated furniture and not well-maintained. there were some issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Skara Stadshotell is an old, nice building. The family room was big with comfortable beds, but it was a bit worn and could need a renovation. The room was cleen and the bathroom was ok. Scanty with toiletry. Simple, but good breakfast. I would definitely go back another time!

The location was very good. Skara is a tiny little town and the hotel is situated in the middle, close to a park, restaurants, cafes, museums and the beautiful cathedral.

The hotel was very convenient for access to natural parks etc. Skara is a very nice town. The people were friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good and the restaurant had a good choice for the evenings.

I was given a room above a very noisy bar area which made it impossible to sleep. The room was very hot and I was unable to open the windows because of the noise. Other guests would be advised to insist on rooms not above the bar area and which have curtains that fit the windows. Some rooms have curtains that don't fit the windows properly and this also means it is difficult to sleep because of the light and on hot days those rooms get very hot.

Great location and views. Super breakfast with a wide range of options. Staff quickly solved any issues I had. Hotel facilities were accessible for people with limited mobility.

Bar staff played music until 2am - couldn't sleep and have felt like in a cheap Spanish Hotel.
